This position offers a flexible work environment that allows you to work remotely, providing an excellent work-life balance while delivering quality care. Our practice operates during the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to choose from various shift options, including 4x10 or 5x8 scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Patchwork Mental Health Clinic, you will:

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, including individuals, groups, couples, and families, tailored to their specific needs.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive assessments by interviewing clients to gather and interpret relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information.
\n
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' social and emotional needs, evaluating and adapting strategies as necessary.
\n
• Facilitate short-term crisis resolution and develop comprehensive referral systems to connect clients with necessary community resources.
\n
• Maintain a professional therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect, trust, and collaboration.
\n
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, documenting progress in accordance with established protocols and HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring that all documentation is current and reflective of the services provided.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in supervision and staff training as needed.
\n
• Complete any additional duties assigned that align with your skills and the clinic's mission.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience providing clinical counseling and support in the field of behavioral mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive pay structure, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
