Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building a positive and trusting rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and effective therapy outcomes.

• Diagnosing mental health disorders and creating comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to accommodate the evolving needs of your clients.

• Conducting regular progress assessments to evaluate client development and the effectiveness of treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Required: Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
