Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring thorough understanding and documentation of their conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, preferences, and clinical requirements, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices to foster empowerment and understanding.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while maintaining communication with other healthcare providers involved in the client’s care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Spectrum Institute, you will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Your efforts will directly contribute to the healing journeys of individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those facing challenges of homelessness or domestic abuse. By providing tailored support, you will help clients navigate their emotional landscapes, facilitating stability and recovery.
