Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to design tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs, goals, and personal preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each session is rooted in best practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, fostering an environment of learning and empowerment.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
