This position is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from your home office while actively engaging with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Despite the virtual setup, you will remain part of a dynamic outpatient team that collaborates regularly via video conferencing and online collaboration tools. Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured environment that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, capturing data on intensity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that support their unique requirements, objectives, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to achieve effective outcomes.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
