Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of mood disorder symptoms, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration to develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Create individualized treatment plans by working closely with clients to align therapeutic goals with their specific needs and life circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapy outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in continuous learning by staying updated on the latest research in mood disorders and therapeutic strategies.

• Ensure accurate and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and opportunities for professional development.

• Advocate for clients' needs while working towards reducing mental health stigma within the community.
