Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic activities aimed at improving the emotional and relational health of our clients. You will:

• Conduct initial assessments and create personalized treatment plans based on each client’s needs and goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing various interpersonal challenges while also providing individual counseling as required.

• Tackle complex issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and effective communication strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy to foster healthy coping mechanisms and relational patterns.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to refine your therapeutic skills and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work closely with a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and adolescents. Interventions will often focus on:

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
