Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, ensuring all documentation, including treatment plan reviews and case notes, are up-to-date and in compliance with company protocols.

• Provide exceptional service to clients, facilitating their journeys towards recovery while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address community mental health needs.

• Design and implement creative interventions that align with clients' goals, fostering engagement and progress in therapy.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including case managers, families, educators, and medical personnel, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Marriage and Family Therapist will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns. Clients may be facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. A strong understanding of family dynamics and the ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds will be essential for success in this role.

• Annual salary ranges from USD $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
