Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate diagnostic impressions, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing therapy services designed to help individuals, couples, and families achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Document all therapy sessions per company policy, including assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and any modifications to treatment strategies.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of clients, employing evidence-based practices to foster progress.

• Collaborate with family members, case managers, and multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.

• Provide high-quality customer service by actively communicating with clients about their treatment progress and addressing any concerns they may have.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes a diverse patient population, addressing the mental health needs of individuals, couples, children, and families. As an LMFT, you will engage with clients facing a range of challenges, including relational conflicts, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Your ability to foster a safe and accepting environment will be essential in helping clients navigate and overcome these obstacles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a comparable field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
