Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using various modalities to support mental, emotional, and relational healing.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly assess progress through structured feedback and dialogue.

• Provide teletherapy services to clients who may benefit from virtual sessions, particularly those with mobility challenges or living in remote locations.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation to support clinical treatment and adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in continual professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on emerging trends in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
