Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, leading to informed treatment decisions.

• Provide personalized therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with clients to set realistic goals and interventions catered to their needs.

• Engage with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure seamless coordination and holistic care for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to maintain client safety.

• Maintain meticulous, timely, and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring consistent communication regarding client progress.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.

Qualifications\n
