Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and identify their strengths and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing established evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and outline specific interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing the therapeutic experience and resilience of clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment services when required to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Document all client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements promptly and accurately.
