This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing our LMFTs to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of their own homes. However, our outpatient office in Abilene, Texas, serves as a hub for team collaboration and training. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to effectively identify the mental health challenges, strengths, and resource availability of your clients.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create seamless care coordination and holistic treatment approaches.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans when necessary to safeguard client well-being.
