Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to report on client progress, address concerns, and collaborate on treatment plans.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with organizational policies, ensuring all clinical documentation is timely and precise.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop detailed treatment plans and discharge strategies informed by psychosocial assessments and best practices in social work interventions.

• Provide counseling sessions and crisis intervention for clients, addressing emotional and behavioral issues with appropriate therapeutic techniques.

• Engage with clients' families and support systems in the treatment process, ensuring a holistic approach to care that considers all factors affecting the client’s mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients vary widely, representing diverse backgrounds and presenting a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
