Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on scientific methods and best practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to guide clients through specific challenges effectively.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines.

• Provide counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to fit the diverse backgrounds and needs of our clients.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Thrive Mind Family Therapy, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
