Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a vital role in our evidence-based treatment programs, specifically focusing on:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that enable clients to connect, share their experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive environment.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized counseling sessions that allow clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them to develop effective coping strategies and tailored action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs and aspirations, setting clear, achievable goals.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and evaluate clients’ progress, utilizing various assessment tools and feedback methods to ensure that treatment objectives are being met.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, coordinating care, sharing insights, and consulting on complex cases to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on the teen and young adult demographic, specifically those aged 18 to 30 years who are navigating various mental health challenges. This population may face issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances, where your expertise and empathetic approach will help facilitate meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you need to possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices and effective treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
