Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs to ensure an effective therapeutic experience.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to the client’s care, ensuring all aspects of the client’s health are considered.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our dedicated counselors work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical telehealth or outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range between USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
