Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

• Deliver client-centered therapy using a range of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Initiate and sustain a therapeutic alliance with clients, addressing their emotional and psychological needs in a respectful, confidential environment.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic care approach for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices, engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
