Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that encourage participants to share their experiences and support one another in a safe environment.

• Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized therapeutic counseling that allows clients to delve into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while establishing productive coping mechanisms.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, preferences, and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on assisting young adults within our outpatient treatment center, where clients are engaged in Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). You will work with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, providing both therapeutic support and educational resources to help them recover and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred but not mandatory for applicants with relevant experience.

• Licensure: Must have active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Experience: Proven experience in providing therapy to young adults, particularly in outpatient settings, is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
