Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish a clear picture of their mental health status, strengths, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
