Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connection among clients, encouraging the exchange of personal experiences and mutual support.

• Provide Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized counseling sessions, helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing tailored coping strategies and action plans.

• Create Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitor Progress: Assess client outcomes using various evaluation tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective treatment and progress tracking.

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage regularly with colleagues from various disciplines to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, ensuring our clients receive comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking support in overcoming mental health challenges. Our clients come to us with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. Your empathetic approach and expert guidance will help them navigate their struggles and foster resilience, ultimately leading to their recovery and wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
