Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, following evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, documenting all processes for accuracy and continuity of care.

• Supervise and facilitate therapeutic activities, ensuring they are conducive to achieving individual goals and milestones.

• Create, maintain, and manage detailed intake records and treatment progress notes using our proprietary record management systems.

• Provide compassionate insights and feedback during therapy sessions, helping clients navigate challenges and celebrate achievements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth and adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field, along with at least five years of clinical experience as a licensed professional counselor.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, alongside the potential for a sign-on bonus. We provide support for billing and documentation which allows you to focus more on client care and less on administrative burdens. Your caseload will be manageable and reflective of your availability and experience, alongside opportunities for recommendations from existing clients.
