Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, among others.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions, focusing on diverse issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and best practice standards.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance client care and outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and utilizing current mental health literature to continuously improve therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
