Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our outpatient treatment center focusing on teens and young adults, you will:

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, creating safe spaces for clients to express their thoughts and build connections.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions where you will provide empathetic counseling and tailor therapeutic approaches based on clients’ unique experiences and needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are not only goal-oriented but also considerate of their preferences and aspirations.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment strategies to meet evolving needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
