Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to guide treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across multiple modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with state laws and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid and unrestricted LPC license in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, particularly in a clinical environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and multilateral teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes performance-based bonuses. In addition, our benefits package includes:
