Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver compassionate counseling services tailored to individual client needs, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and treatment planning.

• Implement structured treatment programs aimed at symptom management for clients dealing with mental health issues, trauma, or dual diagnoses.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position requires the Licensed Professional Counselor to work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will be equipped to create a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings openly while ensuring emotional and psychological safety throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
