Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring that therapy strategies align with their unique needs and goals.

• Provide therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and ensure continuity of services.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse issues, and relationship conflicts. As a Counselor, you will work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique challenges and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000 annually. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, professional development funds, and a SIGN-ON BONUS.
