Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's needs and develop individualized therapy strategies that promote healing and growth.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, participating actively in team meetings and case discussions.

• Maintain rigorous documentation of clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate communication and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
