Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients while conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, contributing to case reviews and treatment planning sessions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who often face significant barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
