Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead supportive group sessions that encourage young adults to share experiences, gain insights, and foster connections with one another, creating a safe and enriching environment for healing.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, equipped with the skills to formulate strategic action plans for their mental wellness.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their mental health.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and evaluate client progress using various assessment methods and tools to adapt treatment as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients with complex needs.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of young adults facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
