Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Utilize client feedback and progress metrics to adjust therapeutic approaches and ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to provide holistic care for clients.

• Work to reduce barriers to mental health access by offering flexible scheduling and virtual appointments to support clients in need.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Solomon Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
