Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to create individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, implementing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide group and individual therapy sessions that foster a safe space for clients to discuss challenges, develop coping strategies, and enhance their emotional resilience.

• Regularly review and update clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest methodologies and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be on diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. You will address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties, ensuring that each client receives culturally competent care tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Must have active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is necessary.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
