Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Well Power Health Center, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions, fostering a safe environment where clients can share experiences, express emotions, and learn vital coping skills from one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one counseling to empower clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding them in developing personalized action plans to navigate their challenges.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate closely with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and preferences, ensuring their voices are integral to the treatment process.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and regular feedback methods to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, participating in case consultations and coordinating services effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing mental health services primarily to young adults aged 18 to 30 who are undergoing outpatient treatment. Our patients often face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. By applying therapeutic techniques tailored to their needs, you will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals achieve stability and empowerment in their lives.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current LPCC license in California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Additionally, prior experience in a telehealth capacity is a plus.
