Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a designated caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional therapeutic boundaries.

• Conducting intake assessments to evaluate client needs and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating regular sessions—whether individual or group—focused on therapeutic interventions aimed at client improvement.

• Regularly reviewing client progress and stability, scheduling follow-up appointments, and coordinating discharge plans as appropriate.

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan adjustments, to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in clinical supervision and seeking peer collaboration to enhance treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
