Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, building trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining clear boundaries.

• Conducting thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and establish appropriate, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual progress and stability.

• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans, documenting each client’s progress through clear and accurate notes to ensure continuity of care.

• Facilitating weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities suited to the unique needs of each client, while maintaining an achievable session goal.

• Participating in individual supervision and team meetings to ensure professional development and collaborative practice among clinicians.

• Engaging in inter-professional collaboration by working closely with other healthcare providers to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least one year of hands-on experience working with psychiatric patients or clients with substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
