Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling services to clients through our telehealth platform, utilizing video calls, audio messaging, and written communication.

• Assess clients thoroughly and develop customized treatment plans based on individual needs, utilizing your clinical judgment and therapeutic expertise.

• Manage your caseload efficiently, maintaining a balanced schedule that accommodates your capacity and client preferences.

• Engage clients with low acuity mental health challenges, providing appropriate coping strategies while empowering them in their journey toward mental wellness.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with our platform’s standards, ensuring accurate and secure record-keeping.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and receive support and feedback from fellow counselors to foster a nurturing and collaborative work environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adult clients who may be experiencing common mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. Our platform provides an assurance that clients being referred to you will not include children or those with severe mental health issues, allowing you to practice within your expertise and comfort zone.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a relevant field.

• A valid and full Independent LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license, with no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong technical skills including reliable access to a computer (no tablets) and a dependable internet connection.

Preferred Experience\n
