Our outpatient office in Torrance serves as a hub for various client activities, and counselors may occasionally meet clients in office settings as they grow their caseload. The administrative team is always available to support you with scheduling, billing, and intake coordination, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services through telehealth platforms, one-on-one in-office sessions, or a hybrid model tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency standards.

• Collaborate with administrative staff to facilitate the intake process, client referrals, and billing inquiries effectively.

• Actively manage and grow your client caseload, with targeted goals to increase the number of clients by an additional 15-35 individuals.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case review sessions with peers and supervisors to enhance therapeutic practices and ensure quality care.

Qualifications\n
