Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, including an analysis of patients' medical history, mental health background, and current symptoms to formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Organize and prioritize your daily tasks by evaluating new, ongoing, and discharging patients to ensure responsive care delivery within your designated areas of responsibility.

• Diagnose and treat a spectrum of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on skill development, coping strategies, and emotional support.

• Collaborate with patients and their families, healthcare providers, insurers, and community resources to broker necessary services and coordinate transition plans effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling during challenging times, including bereavement support and other necessary social work interventions.

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, state regulations, and best practices to assure the health and safety of all staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your role will involve engaging clients with compassion and understanding to build trust and foster open communication, making it crucial to adapt your approach to suit the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in professional counseling or related fields.

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote work setting.

• Proficient in using technology including telehealth platforms, email, and word processing software.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to interact clearly and empathetically with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
