Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage young adults to share their experiences, fostering connections and peer support.

• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions that are personalized and empathetic, creating a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and behaviors.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish individualized and actionable treatment plans that consider their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This specific client group faces unique mental health challenges, and your ability to relate, empathize, and support their journeys toward recovery will be instrumental in their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) designation in California.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience working with teenagers and/or young adults in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based counseling methodologies and best practices.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills essential for a telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
