Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Counseling Services: Deliver compassionate individual counseling to clients, especially women aged 35-55, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife changes, relationship dynamics, and effective stress management techniques.

• Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic goals and employing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique situations.

• Conduct Virtual Sessions: Utilize advanced telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring all interactions are secure and client confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Skilled in conducting intake assessments and formulating therapeutic interventions.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 yearly .
