As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Oasis Behavioral Services, you will have a range of responsibilities focused on enhancing the mental well-being of our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can connect, share their experiences, and develop supportive relationships with one another.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions that are personalized and empathetic, helping clients explore their inner thoughts and emotions.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to their specific needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is young adults aged 18 to 30 who are dealing with mental health issues, including mood and anxiety disorders. Qualifications\n

• Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Licensure: Current and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
