Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, tailored to their unique needs and situations.

• Provide therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychologists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families seeking support with various issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
