Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing a rapport that fosters trust and encourages open communication while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge plans when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries for each client.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ histories, presenting problems, and treatment needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, customizing therapeutic approaches to suit the dynamics of each client.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions aimed at professional development and clinical feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, which may include referrals and multidisciplinary team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is mandatory.

• Valid LPCC licensure in the state of California is essential.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working within a clinical setting with youth populations is preferred, particularly in regards to evidence-based therapeutic techniques. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation tools will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
