Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing approved digital platforms to accommodate a wide range of clients.

• Thoroughly assess new clients by reviewing histories, determining appropriate treatment options, and establishing individualized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to develop and facilitate therapeutic programs that ensure the highest quality of care for all patients.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, exchanging insights with psychiatric providers and other professionals within the organization to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Implement ongoing assessments to monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in client needs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of various therapeutic interventions and maintain meticulous records on patient responses to tailor future treatments effectively.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned, contributing to various initiatives that enhance overall service delivery within the organization.

This position primarily serves children and families, particularly those with developmental differences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active LPCC license issued by the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in various evidence-based psychotherapy modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Postmodern/Post-structural approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package, including:
