Work Environment\n

As a remote healthcare provider at our community health clinic in Escondido, California, you will operate within a collaborative and supportive digital environment. Our platform fosters a sense of community, allowing for seamless communication with over 10,000 therapists across the nation. With a reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop (tablets are not supported), you will connect with clients via multiple modalities including video calls, audio messages, and digital journaling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and requirements.

• Illustrate the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans using your clinical judgment and expertise.

• Engage with clients through audio and video consultations, while utilizing tools for goal-setting, tracking, and clinical worksheets available in our platform.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
\n
• Provide guidance and counseling to clients experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, ensuring they feel supported and understood.

• Collaborate with other professionals and utilize a network of resources for client referrals and comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and exchanges of knowledge within our supportive community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will predominantly consist of stable, low acuity adults who require guidance and support for conditions such as anxiety, mild depression, and relational challenges. Our platform is designed to exclude high-risk patients and children, allowing you to focus on delivering optimal care to clients who fit well within your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Possession of a Full Independent LPCC license, free from disciplinary actions.
\n
• A reliable and secure internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted counseling sessions.
\n
• Access to a functioning phone and computer or laptop; please note that tablets cannot be used for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth or digital counseling platforms is highly advantageous.
