Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: Facilitate interactive group therapy sessions where young adults can share experiences, foster connections, and learn valuable coping strategies.

• Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to each client's unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, guiding them in developing actionable strategies for personal growth.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, preferences, and challenges, ensuring a personalized approach to their journey.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to regularly evaluate client progress, adapting treatment plans and approaches accordingly to promote effective outcomes.

• Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration: Engage with a multidisciplinary team composed of other therapists and healthcare professionals, sharing insights and coordinating comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are dealing with various mental health challenges. The clientele includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Current LPC licensure is mandatory to practice in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pathway Mental Health & Wellness Center LLC offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
