Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions via telehealth to clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns including PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma responses, and other emotional or behavioral issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.

• Collaboratively create discharge and aftercare plans with clients to ensure their continued progress and well-being after therapy.

• Engage in regular staff meetings and workshops to stay updated with current best practices, share insights, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing our advanced case note management software for efficiency.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state license in California as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC .

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in individual therapy or counseling.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, to build effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• The ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and work independently as needed.
