Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized therapy strategies.

• Facilitate various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and case strategies during team meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, ensuring familiarity with the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPCC at Livingston Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Your practice may involve supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse, among other conditions. Your approaches will be tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California.

• At least two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, reflective of your experience and qualifications, along with a competitive bonus structure.
