Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to tailor individualized therapeutic strategies that match each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family dynamics discussions, and couple’s counseling while providing a safe and supportive environment for sharing and healing.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to deliver holistic care for our clients.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with state regulations and ethical standards to ensure the highest level of care.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development, staying informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n
