Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients in therapeutic settings including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions to foster healing and resilience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging diverse expertise to create comprehensive treatment plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, complying with legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and integrity in client care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
